From Dunfermline town centre, Follow the A823 Pilmuir Street through Wellwood for approximately 2.5 miles then turn Right onto the B915 and follow for 0.5 miles and then the entrance to Balmule House (signposted) will be on the Right-hand side after the bend.

From the East side of Dunfermline, head North on Whitefield Road B912 towards Queen Margaret Fauld. Turn left onto Kingseat Road, Turn Right onto Townhill Road, continue onto Main Street, continue onto Cairncubie Road and then onto the B915 and the entrance to Balmule House (signposted) will be on the Right-hand side.

From the M90, take junction 4 and then head along the B914 for approximately 2 miles then take the B915 for approximately 1.5 miles and then after the left hand bend the entrance to Balmule House (signposted) is on the Left-hand side.

Follow the long driveway all the way up until you see the house ahead and then park in the car park on the Right-hand side before you reach the house. Walk through the walled gardens and access to David Cowan Physiotherapy is at the rear of the house through the double doors and the clinic room is located along the corridor to the left, adjacent to the gym.
